The Strategic Operations Manager will act as a trusted supporter and liaison between the CEO, other members of the Leadership Team, and wider stakeholders, managing key projects, improving organizational efficiency, and aiding in business development and strategic initiatives execution. Your Role

  • Coordinate and ensure the successful execution of strategic projects and initiatives, covering product and business development, clients and fundraising and operational projects to change or grow the business
  • Facilitate effective communication between Leadership Team members and departments
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency
  • Preparation of board and management documents and briefings, coordination of stakeholders across levels, functions and geographies
  • Conduct research and provide analysis on industry trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Own the internal reporting processes incl. monitoring progress against targets and provide updates on key organizational projects
  • Ensure comprehensive, accurate and timely collection and reporting of relevant information for management and board reporting purposes

Your Profile

  • University degree in business administration, finance, law or a related field. An additional degree (e.g. MBA) is a plus.
  • 3-6 years of professional experience in financial services (preferably asset management), business consulting, M&A, or corporate development
  • Solid understanding of corporate finance and/or investments
  • Good understanding of legal concepts and an ability to read and understand legal documents
  • Analytical thinker and ability to solve complex problems
  • Exceptional organisational, project- and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work pragmatically and effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and set priorities dynamically
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across levels and functions
  • Independent with high degree of detail orientation, integrity and a strong work ethic
  • Full professional proficiency in English; German and other European languages are a plus
  • Strong Microsoft 365 app skills and a natural affinity for digital tools
