We are looking to add a highly motivated Analyst to our Risk Management team. The position offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into energy transition investments, risk management and data science.

Your Role

  • Support SUSI Partners’ risk management function while assessing new energy transition-related investments for our equity and credit funds. Identification of risk areas and validation against existing limits. Focus on collaboration with our credit underwriting team while performing detailed financial analysis for new counterparts and structuring.
  • Participate in the credit rating update process of our credit platform and ongoing risk monitoring activities
  • Review our risk frameworks and models for assessing existing as well as new investments
  • Contribute to different data science, data management and automation projects to enhance SUSI’s risk management and operations

Your Profile

  • Degree in finance, business administration, economics or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in risk management, banks or funds’ credit departments, investment banking, corporate finance, equity research, data science or transaction services
  • Ability to perform financial analysis is of essence
  • Profound interest in data science and automation: familiarity with IT packages such as KNIME, Python or R. Exposure to AI tools as practitioner.
  • Basic knowledge/understanding of ESG topics
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish, Italian, German or Polish are a plus
  • Soft skills: critical and analytical thinking, time management, attention to detail, work ethic, initiative and teamwork.
