We are looking to add a highly motivated Analyst/Associate to our Credit Investment team. The position offers a unique opportunity to actively contribute to energy transition investments.

Your Role

  • Qualitative and quantitative analysis of investment opportunities in the energy transition domain
  • Construction and maintenance of detailed financial models
  • Management of due diligence work streams and external advisors, support in preparation of transaction documentation and overall structuring/execution for proposed investments
  • Preparation of investment committee materials, internal memoranda and other investment proposals
  • In-depth research and origination support in respect of relevant geographies, technologies, business models and investment partners
  • Support in monitoring of portfolio performances, analysis of results for internal and external stakeholders and implementation of measures

Your Profile

  • Strong academic credentials in business/economics/engineering and mastery of relevant corporate finance concepts (valuation, budgeting, accounting etc.)
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in banking, corporate finance, M&A, private equity/credit or consulting; experience in an infrastructure or clean energy investment manager is a plus
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with the ability to build complex financial models
  • Highly structured, detail-oriented, commercial mindset and solution-driven self-starter
  • Eager to assume responsibility and independently manage certain workstream of the investment process
  • Constructive and collaborative approach works well within teams and looks to identify optimal solutions for all stakeholders
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; fluent in English, other European languages are a plus (preferably German, Italian, Spanish, Polish)
